Oof, bit of a sore head this morning.

Slow cook, one pot recipe:

Beef chunks in a pasta sauce (I use Lloyd Grosmans tomato and chilli, loads of garlic and a good kick of chilli) with onions, carrots, mushrooms.

Served with creamy mash.

Prep time: 10 mins

Cooking time: 6 hours on low
