A zoom meeting got cancelled, so I went online and sorted out my streaming voucher thingy - was dead easy

Then went to the club shop and used my £20 early payment city cash towards a new shirt, which was also dead easy and I am sure will delight @steve davies as my old one had shrunk in the wash a bit somehow

Anyway, I'm sorry that someone has forced your arm up behind your back and made you read this thread, I can only imagine the distress this must've caused.

In all seriousness though, it's kinda football related, and there was a serious side to it. I know that some of the more mature among us had all sorts of headaches trying to get the streaming codes going last season, so I wanted to a. Start a fotoball thread on the, um football forum and b. Reassure people that if I can do it, anyone can.

And get a gold membership!

Don't know, but the wording of the offer is interesting

"All 2020/21 Season Ticket Holders will be eligible to apply for a Cardiff City TV streaming pass, enabling them to watch the Bluebirds' home league matches while access to CCS is restricted.

In addition, to compensate for matches played behind closed doors, Season Ticket Holders applying for a streaming pass will also be entitled to a partial credit that can be used towards a 2021/22 Season Ticket.

This credit will be calculated from the pro-rata price of each behind-closed-doors match on your 2020/21 Season Ticket, minus the price of a Cardiff City TV Match Pass (£10) for each of these fixtures. Please note, £10 is the minimum Match Pass price permitted under the EFL’s newly agreed framework."

Now does that bit in bold leave it open to charging more for certain games?

While access to Cardiff City Stadium is restricted, all of the Bluebirds’ league matches that are not live on Sky Sports will be available to stream individually on Cardiff City TV for a Match Pass price of £10.

with the partial comment I believe that means credits are going to be subject to an administration charge from the club and the £10 streaming charge is the price sky are charging the club for each individual pass so don’t be surprised if the club up that a few quid if we are kept out of the stadium much longer also under the guise of an administration fee

I took it to mean:-

(cost of season ticket / 23) - 10 = credit for next year per match played behind closed doors.

My ticket was £329 this year so about £4.30 per match missed towards next season.

To be honest I think the club have been brilliant with us here, despite what some think.

End of last season I was able to watch all the home games on TV, including the two I would've missed anyway if my holiday hadn't been cancelled.

I then got a £100 knocked of this season's ST

Worst case scenario is I don't get to go to any games.

In that case, I'll be able to watch all the games on TV and my 21/22 ST will be pretty much half price.
