I've had fucking nightmares with Virgin Media over the last 12 months with different things but when it comes to pricing then I don't think they can be matched for package deals.
I upgraded a week ago to the best package on their site (of course I had to tell them I was leaving before retentions rang me to tell me I could have the new customer offer)... But since then I've been having issues with the broadband which they weren't resolving.
I spoke to the disconnections team yesterday and said that I am ending the contract within the cooling off period due to the issues not being resolved. They got an engineer out yesterday evening and it's now sorted. The cunts. Took 6 months to resolve an issue last year and only did something after I complained to ofcom.
So.... Basically... If you want all of the TV channels (sky and BT sports, films all in HD), multi-room, 1gb broadband, 250gb SIM with unlimited calls and texts, unlimited local calls with landline, free standard Netflix, free Disney plus with your sim deal and don't care about customer service if your broadband is playing up, then for £85 p/m you can enjoy the wonders of the Virgin Media Ultimate Volt bundle
