Scott Johnson AKA Roathboy had an interview with Dalman which has been released this morning, I've had a look and here's some talking points from it (feel free to add your own)
> Vincent Tan himself makes the manager sacking decisions.
> Dalman was not happy with the appointment of Morison or Hudson due to their "inexperience"
> They are searching for a manager but also giving Dean Whitehead time...
> Warnock is not off the table. Dalman at least wants a "Neil Warnock type"
> The Sala case is currently under review in federal court in Switzerland, the 2nd & 3rd installment depends on that decision
> Dalman was not in favour of signing Sala
> Dalman: "We acted honourably in terms of buying a player, who was put in an aeroplane that was not fit to fly, with a pilot that was unqualified and they both died. I think we’re morally entitled to ask why we’re the only people paying for this."
> Dalman: "I don't think it's right £3-4 million is still going to agents."
> In the summer we put in an attractive offer for Bale, talks were positive but Bale chose to go to LA.
> On Cardiff not being primary focus for board members: "I have no executive powers and neither does Steve Borley... the daily responsibility is with Ken Choo and Philip Jenkins."
> On Tan potentially selling the club in the past: "We’ve had interest, but at a valuation that felt unreasonable."

We dodged a bullet with Bale, but that was luck rather than judgment.
