I’ve been to see the beautiful sites of Caerphilly today, done the castle and went for a drink in a place called “The Gatehouse”. Did think I’d see @Dr Lecter as there were lots of women about that area.

I don't agree. Nothing so far suggests a promotion push. Tan will go if he gets a decent offer - he'll put his price up if we look like getting promoted.

For a decent "push" he'd have to spend money. But, that's not spending, that's investing. And he'll want his money back. Tan won't be around long, promotion, no promotion, he's waiting for the right offer.

He's done pretty well by us foolish rebrand aside. We're currently not a particularly attractive investment for scrupulous businessmen. If we start to look like a prem team again I suspect Tan would enjoy the glory, the kudos and mingling with the big boys of business again. If Tan sells us we have to hope it's to someone on the up and up and not a Sam or hedge fund type.

I think the only reason he was loaned out was because he reacted when Milwall fans booed the team for taking the knee. He was a regular starter (200 games) and looked quite handy.

I love the competition in the championship. It’s nice seeing us up against some of the biggest clubs in Europe but I genuinely haven’t watched a single MOTD since we went down. Obviously for clubs the money on offer is the big thing about promotion
