For the Sticky Chilli Sauce
  • 4 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp granulated sweetener
  • 6 tbsp tomato puree
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger grated
  • 2 limes juice of
  • 1 tsp dried chilli flakes
  • 1 vegetable stock cube made up with 300ml boiling water
Same sauce for the chicken and the noodles :thumbup:

You lost me at the fish sauce and rice vinegar :roll:

May have to tweak that recipe though, cos it does look pretty damn good

OK after yesterday's exertions I'm back on form tonight (and for the rest of the year). So tonight we have burnt chips, burnt German bratwurst and Bernard Matthews mini kievs. Out of date salad was opened and added just to stop Uncle Fester from calling my dinner a plate of beige again

Fortunately, I've stopped giving a flying feck what people think years ago. As shown yesterday, I can cook when I want to. It's just that I don't want to very often. And if it manages a giggle on here, then that's all good in my eyes

I know, I know. It's looking good, right?

Currently a pile of ketchup to hide it's burnt state. Didn't put anything on it to cook it, just bunged it in the oven with the chips and hoped for the best/that I remembered about it in time for it to be remotely edible :shrug2:

I am available for hire, should you or somebody you know wants a top notch chef to cook up a feast. Cos of lockdown, it's a bit quiet at the mo, so am free most evenings
