i do wonder how much time he spends on them to be honest. Seems a lot of (very well invested) time goes into his meals

@Glos Blue what’s your average meal prep time, all things included?

Usually an hour or two each evening during the week and maybe a bit more on Sundays, depending on what I’m cooking.
I find it therapeutic and a great stress reliever. I also like eating decent food with quality ingredients.
Don’t get me wrong, we don’t eat like that every night, we have the usual stuff like spag bol, curry, bangers and mash etc when I can’t be arsed to cook anything needing effort.

Yeh I find it therapeutic as well. Lots of bashing and cutting and it’s almost like a meditation state really sometimes. Cut everything else out.

Definitely with you re: cooking with good ingredients from scratch. Just wish I had more hours in the day what with work and kids to look after

They're not bad. The gravy is a bit weird, so normally sieve a lot of that out. But apart from that, it's definitely one of the better ones
