You mean the board where people could wish cancer on my son without reprisals? That board? Of course, I brought all that on myself didn't I? I mean, I clearly must be a troll for not agreeing with the majority of posters.
I always stayed on subject, I never went for personal abuse unless my buttons had been pressed (e.g. Bought yourself a wife, I heard - because my wife is of Asian descent). Or, maybe when webmasters were clearly making information about me known to others, such as IP addresses. But, I definitely brought all that on myself by mentioning that Tan was damaging the club. I mean, naughty naughty, fancy disagreeing with someone on a public forum in a polite, albeit slightly sarcastic, manner.
The amusing thing is, I was no way as abusive as TLG. I didn't come out with crap like "you'll get the club you deserve", nor did I make comments like "I will never go to watch a home game when Tan is in charge", and then deny it.
The amusing thing here is that, while all the rebrand nonsense was going on, I spent the best part of a working week over a couple of months proof-reading your book for gratis. I wasn't trolling then, was I? I suppose the trolling only really started after you got a decent shift out of me. Don't worry, you're not alone. I once drove out of my way to give a fan a lift to practically every game over a 2 year period, and he also thought it was ok to personally abuse me on the forum once I stopped attending games. Stand-up blokes.
And this thread is really a case in point. I have made valid observations, and I have not passed any of them off as factual. You've made far more comments about me, as a person, with Walter Mitty jibes and accusations of trolling, yet have not once addressed some of those observations I made. Do you know what? THAT is trolling!
