I think a good illustration of our problems up front was when Bowler got past a couple of defenders, got to the line and got a good cross in, and there was no one at the far post to meet it, all three city players in the penalty box has gone to the near post. Bloody bonkers. The players need to look at themselves for that.
There was another instance in defence where the ball went out to our left near the box and Ng, Phillips and Bowler all went to the player in possession leaving at least one of their players free inside.

The communication and movement on the pitch yesterday was appalling. Loads of arm waving and stop-start stuff, then go backwards. The midfield was completely helpless because of the lack of movement.

That’s basic stuff isn’t it, what you teach kids, not to leave opponents unmarked in the box. Poor decision making, poor execution and no obvious sign of what exactly we’re meant to be doing. It’s no wonder we’re getting performances as bad as yesterdays.

Second half I vacated my seat in the Ninian Stand to the lower grandstand to get away from the running commentary on how bad we were from the expert sitting behind me.Whilst there Robinson Meite and Turnball warming up in Front of the stand the former seemed to be having a good chat with that special hand over the mouth gesture that is customary in football now.Turnball just looking down the touchline shaking his head.:bluebird:

Can't really blame him.
But Roninson wasn't too bad yesterday.
I presume Meite was suppose to add a bit of thrust to proceedings.
Turnball obviously not a Butut signing
