Two things

1. How is what the colonel posted a racial joke? Surely he was merely subtely pointing out the usual bias against people of colour.
2. Are you deliberately trying to wind him up/getting him to ban you?

I can only think that every so often something catches his eye on the comb so he plays up on here and gets a short ban so he can go on there as some kind of wronged martyr.

From previous reads of those episodes, they soon get bored of him there though and he's back here sheepishly calling it 'the best forum on the Internet' and suchlike.

It's bizarre behaviour, to say the least.
