And as for the mandate thing, the people gave the Tory government a mandate to leave Europe but Labour blocked it at every opportunity

Pretty sure half the Tory MP’s, Joris in particular, blocked Theresa May’s deals at every possible opportunity until she quit and Johnson became PM.
Which was always the plan from the start.
They are all self serving backstabbers across all parties but given the choice of starmer or rayner i would stick with starmer. How the hell we ever got our country in this state with piss poor politicians baffles me.
