Until our recent form I was dreading the jacks fixture and being the first team to lose both league derbies. Now I think we have a formation and style that should cause them problems. 3 at the back should stop them finding as many gaps as they did last time and we look so much better in possession and on the counter.

Mick has been a very pleasant surprise but I agree that Kiefer is integral to our style and success. It wouldn't be fair to expect Watters or Harris to play the same role if he gets injurred. Hopefully big Mick has more tactical nous than Harris should the big man get injured

This is still my biggest concern moving forward. A huge part of our current success relies on the role Kieffer plays in this system and I don't mean as a target man because he is so much more than that. Haven't seen a great deal of Watters but he strikes me more as someone to play off that shoulder of the defender and Mark Harris is definitely not that type of player, despite his goal on Saturday. Can only hope that, if he is injured for any length of time, MM and TC have a master plan up their sleeves.

Yep, hands up here too. I thought we were going to get Warnock Ball on steroids but the change of system has been refreshing. Playing with wingbacks rather than wingers, and pushing Murphy and Wilson inside is working a treat so far. Having a striker as good as Moore fit and available is key to it all though you feel.

Most of all Flint, Pack and Vaulks are playing their best football since being here. Credit where it's due. Well done Mick long may it continue.
