I think one or two clues might be needed with this one. First, the beard wasn't a normal feature with him, in fact, it's the only time I've seen him with one. Second, he was involved behind the scenes in a recent England World Cup winning team - he's also got a degree in Russian.

Who? Phil Neale or TDA Jnr? Neale was a sold county cricketer for years with Worcestershire and played lower League football. So far as football goes, he was probably best known for having the same name as someone else.
