I was thinking that would be a great timelapse photo project. Seeing the old warehouses come down and the new business district go up.

I think I'd hold off ruining, sorry developing any more areas for business use. I've a suspicion there could be plenty of existing office space etc given up in the not too distant future the way things are going.

Agreed there, for the moment at least with so many WFH. I think it will all rebound back though and there aren't many better locations than that one for transport etc.

With the Metro on it's way, we can have the best of both worlds with loads still WFH, whilst everyone else can use frequent, environmentally friendly public transport.

Always liked that pub, watched City Sheff Utd in there when Pilks scored a last minute equaliser in the promotion year, place erupted.

Bit pissed last night and decided to take a photo of “top road” shops in the middle of Newport Rd looking towards the Cross Inn...for some reason.
