So it's the best league in world according to Sky and the cronies paid by them ,but is it.I watched three games over the weekend Fulham v Manure Brighton v Man Cithy Liverpool v Arsenal and I can honestly say it was some of the most mind numbing dross you could imagine and I've watch some dross watching our lot ..Slow lethargic play constantly giving the ball away recycling the ball when it would have been easier to cross it.Imagine what Haaland's goal ratio would doubled if they actually crossed the ball.Anyway I'll stick to watching Carcelona at the Cardiff City stadium

Wenger would be turning in his grave at the way Arsenal play...( if he was dead of course)
I'm just glad we have PSG id hate to think any of these teams could win Champions league

Premier league gets shitter every year.

Genuinely lost interest in it lately.

And don’t even get me started on those pair of tedious tosspots Carragher and Neville.

Hopefully the Saudis will buy it and leave real football to the real fans..

Hardly watch football outside of City and Cymru now. Prem is intensely dull. The journey there is a 100x better than the destination

I gave up watching when it became a revolving door for overpaid foreign mercenaries at which point the clubs ceased to have any connection with their historical roots. It has become about money rather than the local pride that comes with doing well or even winning one of the few competitions that existed pre-1991.

I sincerely hope that City never get sucked into that. Give me the Championship every day of the week.

I love the Premier League. Around my house on the weekend it's just like the Sky Sports ads where myself and several multicultural friends, along with some women and children, all in different colour shirts and scarves are jumping from the sofa in celebration, shouting at the TV and shaking our fists in triumph.

For the fans.

VAR has absolutely killed the game, and the funniest thing is.... all the clubs wanted it AND voted to keep it (except Wolves). They get what they deserve.

I'm utterly convinced that the VAR refs, and the refs who go on as pundits on Sky Sports etc have contrived to make a few obvious balls-ups each week, so the fans have something to moan about, and the presenters have something to talk about for the whole week.

I agree. MoTD has gone from must see TV to if I can be bothered and I'll sack off half of it these days. I find a lot of the games pretty boring these days and there aren't as magic moments as there used to be. Var and the overanalysis does my head in. Part of it me getting older no doubt but I also think football like other sports is more professional but less entertaining

This
the game is being reffed by the man in the van and the Fulham goal disallowed against Chelsea’s last weekend was a prime example. If it had been any of the top four teams scoring that goal VAR would not even have given it a second glance

Can't remember the last time I saw MOTD and it's apparently laughable since Lineker left.

The female presenter on Sunday seemed decent enough but Rooney a bit shit. Was actually impressed by Joe Hart's analysis when it came to goalkeeping tbf

Yeah hate that league I remember our first ever home game init everybody was complaining nobody had a good time.

An our last game we played in it was dead as well hated that one.

Much rather play Burton Albion at home with there 7 fans in attendance.

This. 100%.

All set up for Sky so they can keep things going for hours after the game, then get some old ref cunt analysing the weekend decisions every Monday. Then there’s the Neville podcasts, the endless clips of Spitty arguing with someone about Liverpool. Gary the boring cunt droning on about Man Utd, Roy Keane being hilariously grumpy, that black roider laughing like a hyena at anything slightly humouress.

Absolute shite.
