That’s obviously shocking, and the perpetrators should be hung up by their bollocks.

Your statistics just show how many have been prosecuted in total over a period of time. Of course the majority are white, this is a majority white country.
Sadly, thanks to us finding out that the police actively suppressed the gathering of suspect ethnicity data, plus;
the allowing of suspect to "self declare" their ethnicity, plus;
the ONS and CPS categories of ethnicity being so broad such as including "Asian" which is an entire continent plus;
sexual assault is significantly underreported, particularly among certain ethnic groups.
But I think you'd have to be living under a rock or purposely ignoring the evidence of your own eyes to not see which ethnic groups are most likely to commit these crimes.
