Cmon then what’s bettered by it? A hot dog perhaps. But the mustard does the heavy lifting. Red sauce is a glory merchant.

Fried egg sandwich, a burger (with mustard again, but sweet ketchup is the perfect foil for fiery mustard).

Also, a squirt into some instant ramen perks it up no end. And it's a principal ingredient in Singapore Chilli Crab.

The glory hunter of sauces. Only pulls it’s weight when helped by a mustard say on a hot dog or in the case of a Marie Rose sauce then mayonnaise. On its own it’s a 1 trick pony.

It's the true auxiliary sauce. Can be played in any position on most plates.

All other sauces are very limited in when they can be applied.

Red sauce is good :nqat:

s I was saying @Eat Y'self Fitter has made a few examples of Ref Sauce playing a supporting role to other sauces. It lacks the minerals to carry a dish on its back in the way a Brown Sauce can with say a sausage sandwich.
It's a team player - and as has already been suggested, can be played all over the park. Brown sauce is pretty much limited to breakfast items.

Also, when I'm having a fry up I have a dollop of each on my plate. Red for the sausages, brown for the bacon.

I'm with the Cok fella on this one. Red sauce is for 5 years olds and the culinary inadequate.
Tbf Wavey you could put Fairy liquid on your burnt offerings and improve them 10 fold:hehe:
