Jacks u23 side have quite a few youngsrters who have played together long term, quite a few in first team squad.

Who did we have out there wth first team experience other than Cunningham, Day and Flint?

Leckwith Mole's tweet I'd tend to only half agree with; Jacks put money into Academy to develop players to sell on - even then their best players developed from youth came before their Academy.

Dan James? Bought from Hull at 16. Oli McBurnie? Brought into Academy,

Allen et al? Pre-Academy. Connor Roberts? Eh, first teamer sure but hit and miss from what I've watched. Plenty of their youth are getting games due to their squad being gutted by their non-investing owners.

Do we need to improve? Sure. Likes of Rambo didn't come from Academy setup mind.
