The football season is here!!!

It's that time again, football underway and I'm excited.

Any teams you fancy this year in various divisions?

Any signings you look forward to seeing in PL?

I'm looking forward to seeing leeds play, hope they do well. I got a ton of mates from Yorkshire from work.

Hes had rave reviews in Portugal him.

Gutted we can't go though.

We would drive to Ninian Park, opening day every season. We would park by the Cornwall, my dad and uncle would have a couple of pints, me and my mate would be talking football and Commodore 64 games. Then, that walk. Just seeing those floodlights, better than any Christmas Day.

Thinking of all them kids missing out today makes me a bit sad.

I'd like to see Brentford do well this season, but I reckon they missed the boat for good now. For us, I reckon play-offs.

But, yeah, missing it badly today. Opening Day, FA Cup third round day, Boxing Day, these are the games we never miss. Match of the Day tonight, I'm not paying for any of that Sky crap anymore. £200 for a Now TV season ticket last year, and they ended my sub just before the second leg of the playoff.

I couldnt care less about the PL unless Cardiff are there, I am excited about the Championship this season. 3 strong teams coming from the premier league, going to be one heck of a roller coaster ride this season.
