What football rule would you change?

* sin bins instead for a yellow card
* stopping the clock instead of adding arbitrary time on at the end

Not a change in the rules but get refs to stop people taking throw-ins from hopping down the touch line gaining yards, and get players to take free kicks from where the foul happened. What really winds me up is defenders placing ball yards forward from where the foul was then the keeper comes up to take it and throws the ball forward a couple of yards more
