If money was no object, what sporting memorobilia would you like to own? Or, what sporting memorobilia do you own?

My uncle won Terry Yorath's match worn international shirt - the one with the yellow and green piping. He just left it on the parcel shelf of his car and probably chucked it away. I'll have to check with him.

I, myself, have a matchday programme signed by Nicky Platnauer AND...... PAUL WHEELER from 1988/9, Gilligan was my target but he wouldn't come across to sign. Like my uncle, I have probably lost it somewhere, though I know a lot of my old programmes are at my parents' place.

I've set the bar really high, I appreciate that, but maybe you have some significant, or insignificant piece of history. Or, maybe you've always fancied a sniff of Fatima Whitbread's jock strap. I know I have.

I have a City v Madrid ticket, which an uncle gave me out of the blue.

I've mentioned before that I have the City programme from my first ever game (1978/9 season) and my son's first game (2013/4) framed.

Junior Woody has quite a bit of City stuff. We got a ball signed when we went to a Trollope-era open training session (so Whitts, Gunnar, Marshall, Fabio, Bruno etc). He got one of his gloves signed by Marshall, too. We've also had a couple of his shirts signed from waiting round after games, plus he was a mascot so has a photo of that signed by Morrison, and various pics of him on the pitch, running out with Etheridge etc, and had a signed shirt presented to him by Joe Ralls when we did the "fan of the match" hospitality for his 14th birthday last year.

To be fair I think Junior Woody's done a bit better than I did, but then he never really liked Terry Griffiths

Loads of city programmes, every home league game from season 1959/60 to season 2006/7 all the league and euro home games all the FA cup homes and all the Welsh cup games bar 6, plus 100’s of away games. Loads of Wales games too

At a pro celebrity golf tournament I saw Ian Woosnam walk over to give what he obviously assumed was a big fan, one of his tee’s, the lad he offered it to said “nah you’re alright mate”. Woosnam looked crestfallen.

If I could own any piece of sporting memorabilia it would be Pele’s 1970 final shirt. City wise it would be Brian Clarkes shirt from the Real Madrid game.

I’ll just have to make do with a dust cap which I nicked off Jason Perry’s Audi.

I also have knocking about somewhere, a wheel nut from a Benetton F1 car, mounted on a little plaque. It's from the Schumacher era, I'm fairly sure, but have no idea whose car it's actually from. Bought it at a car show many years ago.
