I’m having milled wheat, leavened with yeast, baked in the oven ‘til risen and then sliced & browned on each side.

I’ll have this with some churned & salted cows milk & a reduction of oranges & sugar.

I’ll wash it down with an infusion of hand picked leaves & a drop of milk.

Got to spoil yourself on a Saturday morning.

You should introduce some coconut oil in to your breakfast routine, I have honestly never felt so well in my life.

Thickly cut well-browned toast, plenty butter. subtle but very noticable slather of Marmite, Lightly poached egg atop.
