The one in Brynmawr is busy as fuck and the slaves working their bollox off in all weather, then sleep in the potacabin office thing. The Turkish (I think) bloke who owns it is absolutely minted.

Add to that whatever other crimes these places add cover for. So bloody obvious yet they carry on without much in the way of any repurcussions.

Well that's not true, well they might be getting fuck all for washing cars but they are getting money from somewhere, the ones next door to us all come in with massive wads of cash (seriously large), don't even understand why someone would want to take that amount of cash to work with them to wash cars either, it's all very odd imo.

No, the guy at the end of the car wash (the final boss) takes the money, these guys all have loads of money and come in the shop a few times a day, they may have to keep it on them like you say but they all have loads.
