Departing the club are:

Josh Beecher
Jacob Hobson
Sam Jones
Jack Kingdon
Leeyon Phelan
Michael Reindorf
Oliver Reynolds
Will Spiers
Oliver Walsh
Harry Watts
Morgan Wigley
Ryan Wintle

Slightly surprised by Wigley/Kingdon/Spiers/Reindorf going.

Thought all would end up with another year at least, however you have to trust in the club now they seem to be somewhat competent and/or have played for us this year.

All the best to them all in their new clubs.

We certainly not fucking about this season, we're still only in May

Last year I'm sure it came out after we appointed BBM, so early... July maybe?

I'm not used to this competence.

Feels like there's a vision at the club and a willingness to make tough decisions. Surprised with a few of the names to be cut

With 2 youth players meant to have been sorted I think we could see quite a few more coming in. Seems like BBM is intent on improving the youth set up quite considerably, there's a few good, or as I thought, youngsters we're letting go.

I think club feel there's a real talented crop right at u18 level. Keeping on 20/21 year olds probably restricts them having meaningful game time at a higher grade.

Bloody high standard required to get into and stay in our youth set up. Great foundations for the club going forward
If we ever become a Cat 1 academy (which you'd hope we would given the investment into it and Hensol hopefully restarting) this could be absolutely phenomenal for us if we continue going down that route.

It's a route that I'd certainly like to see us go, even if it means a slightly slower journey to become Premier League Champions

I've heard good things about Voice/Perrett/Tobin especially.

Shaping up to be an interesting few years for the academy.

Remember last year when half of AAMB wanted Purse sacked cos they didn't win any trophies up against the likes of Liverpool's youth teams :hehe: :hehe:

Was it only half :hehe:

At this rate we'll have all our transfer business sorted by June 16th
