Cardiff could really use a good win against The O's this weekend to blow away the cobwebs of a demoralising midweek home smash and grab defeat to Burton.

Similarly to Burton, Leyton Orient are amongst the worst form teams in the league at the moment and have conceded 18 goals so far, the joint worst in the league, and currently sit in 17th place in the league table.
