I have a fear that Cardiff will implement the same tactics that WBA did in early season,that is out muscle us and bombard the penalty area with launched throwins (Vaulkes) onto the heads of Moore and Flint etc,if not throwins then freekicks. Would anyone care to allay my fear.

After the result in the first PL game at CCS in 2013 v Man City, I would never bet against City rising to the occasion at home when least expected.

If the crowd get behind the players tomorrow, then I would be hopeful.

He’s hardly featured for them of late and I doubt he’ll be busting a gut to convince the manager to play him against us.

Which is a shame really because he’d guarantee to get the crowd fired up and create a hostile atmosphere for them.

Plus he’s shit so it’d be like playing against 10 men.

When people talk about transfer flops, his £20 Million move has to be up there with the worst of them. Staggering to think that anyone was desperate enough to spunk that amount of money on him.

Always a tough game against Sheffield United, especially away where its usually a brilliant atmosphere and one of my favourite away stadiums.

I see that Brewster has just started starting and scoring again for them, and I've always rated Hourihane running a midfield. Our midfield are going to have to be on it to match theirs.

They've recruited their manager from their U23s like we did, and he's starting to get them playing again.

I'd take a draw right now, and our recent head to head is 2 wins and 2 draws so another notch in one of those columns would be more than welcome.

Yes, have seen that before from my old Simon Inglis book.

I'm guessing the top left stand is the Grandstand with tunnel and changing rooms etc, and the bottom left is the current away end. The road outside that end hasn't changed at all.

Some of Wilders transfers were dodgy and also spending 15 mill on Brewster and couldn't buy a goal.
