Absolutely but savvy teams get away with what the officials allow

Officials are part of the game and are on the receiving end every week from one side or the other, that's fine and part of the culture. What I was on about was what we witnessed yesterday and even among the poor standards of officiating in football, that was total incompetence

How many times have you watched football in your lifetime and pointed out how brilliant a game the ref had?Best the ref can expect from us fans is to not get a mention.
By the way you may not like it but you where straight on criticising park refs and even Merthyr Town got a mention

You often hear parents having a go I don't and have never done even when I managed a team.

Think we'll have to differ on our opinions of the officials yesterday.

I have nothing against teams playing tough and rough, in fact I think as a squad we've adapted to it quite well in the main from the start of the season. hell we used to be that rough tough team. Whatever type of football you want to play, you do look to the officials to be fair and consistent. Yesterday I just felt they missed and reacted badly to an awful lot, enough for me to consider it a terrible performance by the officials.
