This style of play by both sides is awful to watch.

95 passes, allow opposition to get everyone behind the ball, meaning another 65 passes in front of a packed defence. Just so slow and ponderous, total lack of excitement.

I know it’s not like it’s a high pressure champions league final or anything.

I know it’s not like it’s a high pressure champions league final or anything.

Yeah, that's right, not like it's a style Arsenal have used the entire season or anything.

It's the modern style, passing, possession the key stylistic fashion. Unless you're hitting with pace on the transition, allows defences time to get bodies behind the ball, making it more difficult to break down.
