Very good player for Leicester from the 60's - 70's. I thought one of the older chaps might have got it. Even so, the point of the game is to work out the name from the pictures and using Google to confirm what you might suspect is perfectly okay.

Okay, I'll go again in a bit ...
The ages of the regular posters on here range from about 25 - 70, so there is a huge spread of knowledge that is being drawn on. We all have gaps within the total period covered for all sorts of reasons. For me, the 80's and 90's and early 2000's are a complete mystery and even now, the number of foreign players coming and going in the English game leave me bewildered. Half the players in this quiz, I either never heard of or maybe forgotten.
All the same, it's a challenge to try to make sense of the clues and a bit of research here and there helps things along.
