You just have to give an international manager time too, you can’t go sacking them every couple of years. They only get the squads for a matter of days so not easy to implement and develop a playing style especially when in the case of most recent Wales managers you are in effect learning on the job. Add to that the loss of hugely experienced players in this current transition and it’s going to take Bellamy time to get things right. I’m confident he’ll do it though.

Hardly surprising really. A meaningless friendly against mediocre opponents at the end of a long season. We’ll probably have more fans in Bucharest on Saturday. I rarely miss a Wales home game, this is only the second Wales I’ve missed in about 15 years. They really should have played it at the Racecourse.
