I thought Drameh was going to make it big. He's doing alright sounds like but thought he was destined for bigger things in short time
Was superb in that 3/4 month stint for us

A few games he was doing the role of a winger and a fullback on his own. He was unlucky to have Roque Jr ahead of him at Leeds

Has nothing on our PO Final v Blackpool...that game was chaos, shit defending and flapping from Marshall. Chopra was another level that day too, most gutted i've been after a game.

Agreed. Pompey and the Scousers we were justly underdogs. Blackpool were very beatable and there for the taking. Adam played very well and Holloway was tactically savvy but our issues were laid bare in that game

Oh God
That ginger twat has scored

As much as McBurnie is a horrific mouth breathing thug of a person, I'm glad it's Hull going up and not Boro.

I spent some time last night watching a video of all the greatest ever play off final goals and of course it ended with the Charlie Adam free kick.

I never realised just how far Marshy was towards the other post - it's relatively down the centre of the goal but Marshall was so far across he missed it.

I know Marshall is well liked but I never got it with him, I thought he was a flapper. Heaton was the better of the two imo.

Anyway, justice done and the tidiest outcome today. Even so, I'd rather have had Hull than Boro in the Championship next season.

Looking forward to see who will be the cannon fodder coming up from L1 tomorrow. Is it too much to hope that it will be Stockport?

Well, the justice issue wasn't between Hull and Boro.

Southampton cheated, it was a clusterfuck. They admitted 3 incidents, let's be honest, they were doing it the entire time that manager was there. Without that, they'd not have gonje on the run they did.

EFL then stuck in a bind - lengthy delays back the playoffs into the WC / pre season period. The only fair thing really then would've been to strike Southampton's record so all results in the games Eckert managed were 3-0 defaults 0 - that would've caused tables to have to be revised, potentially revamping the playoff teams.

Entirely on Southampton, decision made was best EFL could do.

Agreed, but the EFL should have awarded Hull a walkover.

Just expunging the result against Boro' opens doors for other teams that might have been in with a shout of the playoffs, as you say.

Had Hull lost today, all hell would have broken loose.

As long as McBurnie losses today i'll be happy . He's already missed out on the Scotland squad this week

I disagree on giving Hull a walkover. There was a clear admittance of spying on on Middlesboro. FL trophy, ineligible player(s) played against Luton - result overturned, Luton reinstated and given the win, went on to win the final.

Different due to league structure, sure, but best of bad solutions imo. End of the day, it's on Southampton.

Was good to see Hull go up. exploding the myth of xG - based on xG over the season, they'd be playing in League One next season.
