Daily Football Stuff - Sun 3 May

I think Villa have been overrated tbh.

Ross Barkley? Tammy Abraham? Matty Cash? Tyrone Mings?
Spurs would love the likes of Martinez, Tielemans, Watkins, McGinn. I'd wager they'd take Mings and Cash over any defender beyond Van der Ven and the mad Argie who is out.

They were unlucky to lose the Swede as he'd probably have got them enough extra points to be comfortable but shit. Spurs' players aren't terrible but they're being run like shit since ousting Levy. That Tudor appointment was great banter

Kinsky will be remembered for that mad 16 minutes rather than his reaction in games since. Tielemans over Archie Gray, Bergvall who have been two of their better midfielders?

Watkins, I'd tend to agree. Spurs lack a cutting edge up front. Tel, Richarlison, Muani, Solanke flatter to deceive. Been their biggest problem since Kane's days - couldn't bring in a quality backup. Who was going to sign knowing they'd be sat on bench all the time?

Well Son was a great back up. Hard not to conclude that two excellent players wasted far too much time at a mediocre clubs.

Son was a wide player shoehorned into 9 role periodically. Completely different profile player.

Kane left for Bayern, Son left for MLS.

I think Spurs would've won the title the year Leicester won it, tbh. Were closing the gap pretty well then the Chelsea game happened and a number of players lost their heads. Massive mistake firing Pochittino.

They massively overachieved under him and were arrogant enough to think they were better. Same with the Aussie to a lesser extent. Spurs were never going to win the Prem. Deluded club thinking they deserved to be permanent members of the Super league - no wonder everyone loves seeing them fail.

Son gave the best years of his career to a club who didn't deserve his talent

Son gave the best years of his career to a club who didn't deserve his talent. Kane should have left sooner. He's world class and Spurs are also rans
