Sometimes they’re quiet and stay out of the way and then there’s the times when they won’t shut the fuck up generally when you’re trying to sleep
We have to learn from our mistakes or we are doomed to repeat them
I’ve tried Cognitive behavioural therapy and came to the conclusion that I’ve got to live with the demons in my head and try not to kill again
