I'm back in The Diff for a night out with my brother.

Neither of us have been out on town for years, so anybody got any recommendations for nice places to drink? We've already got Brewdog and Tiny Rebel on the menu to get us started.

Come on mate, you're clearly too old for a pub crawl.

Why not pop to the offy, get a few cans of Kestral Super in and settle down for a lovely evening on the OOCC?

Add in City Arms and Curado and you've a nice little crawl along Westgate St.

And you could start off in Small Bar before heading to Westgate St..

In fairness, that's the normal weekend routine but fancied changing it up just to remind myself of why I don't go out anymore.

Seems like there's a whole selection of crafty bars and pubs around there. Could be a very short pub crawl indeed.

Where are the best places to be sick in Cardiff these days?

Funnily enough the last time I remember being sick in Cardiff was into some roadworks that were outside whatever bar is now Brewdog.

That's all very well, but get him back online & posting
I have tried but he's too busy trying to be a "successful businessman" or something or other.

Still, if you ever need insurance and financial advice I'm sure that might be enough to tempt him back online...

If he is still involved in financial services, good luck to him. It's not an easy business these days.

For a class and culture filled experience, I recommend starting in the Borough, then move on to Kiwis and end the evening/morning with a literal bang at The Wynford. If you avoid being stabbed, robbed or contracting a veneral disease, then you can consider yourself having had a good night.
