When loading the forum up, a massive picture of Dr Lecter filling the screen was a bit of a shock!

He's been tinkering again, but I should say that this is probably work in progress and not the finished item.

Looks like the most recent image in the thread is being imported to where a personal avatar would be.

Private forum also gone, but that was, in the main, dead from the neck up anyway.

I'm trying to make the forum look a bit more like "social media" where each topic has an image to entice lurkers into the thread.

As TDA correctly pointed out, I've set it so the forum takes the first image it finds in the thread and uses it for the thumbnail in the thread list, so if you create a thread and want a specific image to show up, make sure you include the image in your post.

Anyone want to tell me specifically what they don't like about it, other than it being different to what you normally see and your 'tism is flaring up?

It's another forum for Gold, Diamond etc members that also has an anonymous posting feature which people seem to mostly use for bitching about other posters.

I've had to turn it off for now because I'm still configuring the software for this thread thumbnail thing but I'll put it back up because it also has the thread where we show the football streams.

1. Pictures are bloody massive. Whereas before you could have a scan down the page and see the different threads now I’ve got about four threads on my screen. Just looks like it’s been designed on windows 97.

2. It’s different what I normally see and my adhd is flaring up.

3. On the plus side Bob’s football quiz now has a lovely avatar.

I like the photo idea. But somewhere between the old member ones and this one would be better. They are a bit in your face.
