Off-Topic How does recycling work in a block of flats?

[Can't think of a gimmick]

Put our house number on the red and blue bags in large digits.
Went missing, had to get others.

The next collection, they magically appeared - full of stuff, put out by neighbours over the road.

When I pointed out they were ours, I was told I was wrong.
I pointed out the digits - "oh we didn't see them" which then became "oh they are all communal anyway".

Hasn't happened since.

Yep they’ve just dished out new bins to all the flats for recycling.

Do I use them no why the fuck would I what they going to do fine the whole block of flats if there’s the wrong stuff in the bins.

Just another waste of time and money by the council.
