I'd say he's not far off, but he is a square peg in a round hole at Bournemouth. He is not at all suited to their system, but if Ipswich are going to stay true to what they have done for the past two seasons he might have more success with them at the top level.

His record and performances generally for Wales are pretty good and I would prefer to use that as a benchmark of his capabilities.

Better to be a super sub in an average team than a starter for a mediocre one isn't it? Especially if you're not young
