Don’t get me wrong, I find the concept of inheritance tax abhorrent, but this is aimed at millionaire celebrities trying to avoid tax, not your average farmer.

2. I’ll admit I don’t drive on the M4 every day, let alone drive through God’s own country, but the speed limit IS 70 (50 though Casnewydd), But I averaged 50mph through Newport last week, at 10.30am, not 3am.
