But apart from that, what have the Romans done for us
I'm no Tory sympathiser, infact I dislike them with a passion but,im just an ordinary bloke( not a very bright one) who was a member of the Labour Party for many years so this list of improvements well I dunno.
Restoring g economic stability,,all governments inherit the same problem didn't tge last Labour government say to the Tories got luck but all the moneys gone?
Clinical trials i like, mind you if they ever find a cure for cancer do you honestly think the ordinary person will be able to afford the treatment?
National living wage I've benefited well from it in my one job, problem is though know people could well move out of more skilled work ie Lorry drivers, and into minimum wage jobs which ordinarily have less stress.
NHS waiting lists if true then well done I say.
Those 1000 GP jobs great....maybe I can get an appointment in days not weeks but I see no sign of that at the moment infact I moved doctors in the last six months because of it.
I've two grandkids neither of which eat school dinners they are in their words disgusting...where amazing in my day, when they where Government funded and cheap as chips for parents.
Workers rights, all these policies are to the good,I don't see much evidence of this in the job i left in RM.
Housing Renters bill, how's about this for a solution compulsory purchase rental property and then help Renters to buy,not a new concept I know but how soul destroying must it be to live somewhere you are paying someone else's mortgage.
39 bn investment, could be used to buy existing stock and not used for new building.
Border Control...dear me how's that working out,or is this linked to the investment in new build to house the Immigrants
I used to believe everything should be brought back into public ownership but that was when I thought we still had a socialist Labour Party.
