It will not be a dog walk in that league, just ask Charlton and Reading.
Sunderland and Ipswich needed a few seasons to get their act together.

Reading are in the play offs with a shit owner, a team of kids and a disgruntled fanbase.

Your right. I’ve literally just asked Charlton and Reading and they both said that it wasn’t a dog walk in that league.
Charlton have been in League 1 for 5 seasons now, Reading are in their 2nd season.
People who think we will bounce straight back up will be in for a shock.

Exactly, now it will be "to get back to the championship"
Then eventually after making the same mistakes it will be "to get back to league 1"

I'd take that every time over Cannon and Ball or whatever the fuck they're called who torture me in the Canton pre-match with their crap, predictable covers.

Con: Most of them are in Yorkshire & Lancashire
Pro: Pick of the seats at the back of the Canton Stand again.
Con: there's empty seats everywhere around there, so the chants won't start up as easy, leading to a flat atmosphere.
Pro: new manager & half a new squad
Con: Dalman & Choo are still in charge of hiring & firing, so the squad will be dogshit.
Pro: More FA Cup games.
Con: vs Basingstoke Town & Swindon Supermarine.
Pro: when we're in the top 6 for the first few months, the chant of "E-I-E-I-E-I-O, Up the football league we go!!" will be loud from our fans.
Con: once we drop to 12th, it'll still be sung, embarrassingly, as our fans have nothing else to sing.
Pro: Another trip down the M4 to The Madjeski.
