According to a post on AAMB the club are looking to turn £75m worth of shares into equity. Speculation of a forthcoming sale because of it. Read into it what you will, don’t shoot the messenger

In compliance with the newly voted in rules that owners' financial input has to be equity not loans.

Nothing to read here. Lincoln have done the same thing (only £3m) for stadium development.

I scanned the thread and there is an acknowledgement as to the compliance angle.

£75m over 5 years is £15m a year, but it's only a facility to be drawn on and presumably anticipates likely increases in the annual allowable amount.

And then the share certificates applauded.

That site has the business sense of a store buying things for £1 and selling for 25p...
