I lost 60 this weekend but I won double that last weekend. I usually just spend a tenner every weekend on an acca and a lucky 15 but if I'm up I'll stick half of that on bets with biggish returns if they come in. When they eventually don't I'm back to putting a tenner on again.

After 3 or 4 weeks of doing that I'll usually win again and put bigger bets on. The last 4 years I have lost £30, 70, and been up by £60 and £80 respectively. Evens it'self ouy if you just stick to live sport and don't play roulette and the fruit machines.
