Football New Kit reveal date confirmed!!

It’s a generation thing I suppose. That was our badge when I first went to games.
Some people like the yellow, but we never had any yellow on our kit until a few years later, so I’m a bit “meh” about that.

Like you say though, anything that doesn’t have the red worm on is ok with me.
Guess that's the problem with a lot of these things. People think that what they grew up with is how it should be. With a
[UWSL]diverse ages in the fanbase [/UWSL][UWSL] t[/UWSL][UWSL]here's no definitive answer. However focused on the Bluebird only is a good idea. New badge tolerable after the dragon beermat fiasco but the worm and the shield is shite[/UWSL]

Hasn’t that badge (or something very similar to it) only been on our shirts for about 15 years throughout our history?? Through the 70s and into the early 80s.

I’m a bit ‘meh’ about it to be honest. Nice for a season. The proper badge for me is what I grew up with in the early 90s. I’m not even that bothered by the more recent badge… ragworm aside…
It was the first proper badge on the shirt from the late 60's and when we beat Real Madrid. For a few seasons before that we had a diagonal "Bluebirds", but earlier the shirts had been devoid of anything.

That is a different bluebird though. I don't think that would have sold as well
Hand knitted scarves and bobble hats were the order of the day back then. Someone's Nan or auntie would always be making one.

I never graduated that far. I have a wobbly tea pot stand and a ship that lists to one side when it floats.

Yeah, other than alternative sponsorship on kids shirts not displaying gambling company logos or whatever, I can’t ever recall a club selling current replica shirts with no sponsor on them.
I did email the club asking if they would sell the shirt without the Sponser and that was there excuse for not selling shirts without it, they stated that they have never sold shirts without the sponsor and have no intention of selling them now .GASH.

Get a shirt with the sponsor on it then get a blue pen and colour in the letters, it'll be like the sponsor was never there

Usually made with the itchiest stuff known to man. Like wearing a scarf made out of wire wool. :nope:

You actually got an answer to an email?

Maybe things are looking up? :hehe:

The one's made out of mohair because that was all Nan had were the worst.

Has anyone bought the full kit? If so please could you just take a quick snap for me, and post it on here. Only reason being is that I haven't seen the whole kit in full.
Ps NOT TH63
