I'm not sure that Ng will be with us next season, which is why I haven't included him. At 27 with two good seasons behind him, now is the time for him to step up to the next level. I think it's a move he will have to make if it comes along.

On the other hand I think the club will resist offers for Colwill Snr.

With the proviso that Tanner plays at LWB. He’s certainly shown some glimpses of promise there and with some decent coaching could make that position his own.

What I've noticed about Siopis is he can pass well if he has a good option like Rambo, Ralls and COD but looks sloppy around negative midfielders

Has he even had a shot at goal all season? I know he’s classed as a defensive midfielder but his forward game as absolutely shocking.

I remember him having one shot that he pulled wide by a fair bit but that's it. I think he's fine if he's the only defensive minded midfielder we have but it's annoying when he's played with Wintle or if Ralls isn't given a licence to be more progressive

He needs another player of his quality that can ping a ball.

Currently it's all on him to do everything with Ralls and Ramsey out and Colwill barely playing.

I think a player that can reliably get the ball is vital in this league

There's plenty out there that have got experience and proven to coach and improve players at this level.

Apart from Cooper, Slavisa Jokanovic and Mark Warburton spring to mind.

I simply don't think Bulut would change, he showed himself right up today.
