I had three pints of Guinness at the pub around 5pm, home at six thirty. Plan was to have some wine, but ended up just having a Diet Coke and a cup of tea.

I always think about it but circumstances tend to get in the way. Could obviously do it if I was determined to but with a few of the trips I have lined up I probably won't bother. May try and drink a bit less though

Id love to do a dry month me. But missus always keeps booking in social gatherings or party's n stuff.
Which always turn out to be boring as fuck, so I need a drink to help me get through the event.
People just naturally talk shite and it nullifys my intelligence levels to a point where I have to drink to lower myself to their standards.

Id much rather buy a caravan and fuck off with my dog and sit alone watching what I want on the tele with soft pyjamas on and cook birds eye potato waffles or summin

Did it one year and although there were definitely health benefits there, it’s pretty miserable after 3/4 weeks of working

I do tend to try and focus on eating cleaner, and only drinking Fri/Sats and less

I’m thinking of only drinking wine, the reds I bring back from France in general tend not to induce hangovers so can stay fresh the next morning
