I encourage you to listen to the rest as it's two minutes of very compelling speech and good to see that there are people over there who see right through Farage.
We do have some outlying ridiculous situations regarding free speech over here (the Linehan thing being a prime example) but the situation in the States is much worse, especially when you bear in mind that lying widely on a daily basis has become normalised in their Government, so even the stuff you might be able to say gets shouted down with bullshit.
Our authorities are still free to query cases like Linehan's. This is a good article and I could just imagine what would happen to the Met Police chief if he said this stuff under a Trump-style regime.
