in turkey, teams below top 3/4 tend to use a lot of young upcoming talent, so Bulut has experience of how to deal with them, when to praise & when to criticise, and when to put an arm around a player he believes can achieve a lot in the game, fair do's to them both I say, Tanner, who by many was descibed as shit etc, for taking on the challenges head on, showing us, and more importantly our manager, that there is definitely a good, possibly great player in there, and to his credit, could have been farmed out, possibly to never be seen here again, but decided to stay, and progress his claim for a regular birth in the team, and lastly for Bulut giving him the opportunity, both in pre season, where he obviously impressed enough, for Bulut to decide on giving him a chance in the qst team squad.
