To be fair the only evidence you’ll see is when they actually sign, so there is no reason to suggest something isn’t occurring.

I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt, I imagine there's so much to sort out behind the scenes with getting the ban shorted before making the announcements so I expect some developments over the next few days.
