What do I do now? I put some tomatoes in an old freezer drawer with some left over soil and they have started growing. There is 7 or 8 things sprouting up.

@TDA They are getting bigger than 3cm but there are still tiny ones coming up, do I wait until they are all bigger or take the biggest ones out?

Replant them as they reach a decent size. You should get a staggered crop that way.
