That reads like no one has told him he’s been sacked yet.
He's entered the first 5 stages of a breakup.
First is denial.
That reads like no one has told him he’s been sacked yet.
He doesn't appear to be acknowledging his sacking in that. Was this written before he got the shove off? That reads like no one has told him he’s been sacked yet.
Or on the other hand we could lose all three games and still be shit.We are going to see a very different side of Aaron Ramsey - he's got balls to take it on. Nobody wants the relegation on their C.V. and Riza can walk away now and say it wasn't him.
From the way he speaks, the vibes are good. Feels like a huge moment for the club, big potential for this to go so, so right.
We have desperately needed somebody who understands the roots of this club, 100% we need managers/coaches who love the club because of the void created by Tan.

Maybe he’s just been moved to head up Kenny Rodger’s Roasters and not been sacked. He doesn't appear to be acknowledging his sacking in that. Was this written before he got the shove off?
Mate, I haven't been carried away since pre-season. I'm going to get carried away until events prove otherwise. Even if that only last until 5:30 on Monday.Or on the other hand we could lose all three games and still be shit.
Let’s not get carried away just give them all the support we can and pray for the best![]()
I've always thought the way you speak to people who are "beneath" you, so to speak, shows volumes about who you are. For example, a waiter/waitress at a restaurant, or if you're a football manager, a journalist.Agreed. I've gotten annoyed with his tinkering and tactics but he's not a twat except for probably being more ambitious than his talents justify
I had a look through and searched up the squad and didn't see anyone.A few of the players liked his post, so obviously hasn't left on bad terms.
Just didn't work out.
I agree with the caveat he was an inexperienced coach who was totally unprepared to have been put into such a high pressure situation, and with the lack of appearances from the board or owner he was simultaneously the manager, club spokesman, the face of the club's failings and the target of fans outrage.I've always thought the way you speak to people who are "beneath" you, so to speak, shows volumes about who you are. He was repeatedly a prick.
Not sad he's gone at all.
Doesn't make it right. Good luck to you if you can get away with itI've been working from home for the last 5 years.
Wouldn't have it any other way now.
Get away with it?Doesn't make it right. Good luck to you if you can get away with it
What’s he getting away with?Doesn't make it right. Good luck to you if you can get away with it
WEED CLUB
He knows. Would make Caligula blushWhat’s he getting away with?
WEED CLUB
What’s he getting away with?

Absolutely spot on mateYou can't run a club from thousands of miles away. It's like working from home.
You get no feel for things and can't have the same interest.
We need an in house football man running it day by day.

Don't be defensive it wasn't being critical.Get away with it?

Don't be defensive it wasn't being critical.
If you are able to do it fair enough.
Particularly if you don't need personal contact or the need to stamp your character on a job.
But that doesn't apply to running a football club imo
Employed and working from home? I think an astute employer would soon realise if someone was taking the piss, particularly if they had been office based before.Don't be defensive it wasn't being critical.

He also thanked the club for giving him the chance to lead it away from relegation but added we're not quite there yetRizza made a generic statement like many previous sacked managers we've had ,about the support he recived from the owner and fans so really nothing we haven't heard before .He could have quite easily said nothing ,and probably get slated for that.Be interesting to know what sort of statement if anyone on here if they got sacked would say probably be not so eloquent .![]()

You shouldn't be allowed to get away with it, I hope you get caught some day.Employed and working from home? I think an astute employer would soon realise if someone was taking the piss, particularly if they had been office based before.
Working from home is probably the only good thing to emerge from Covid. Employer overheads are reduced and employees generally are more content.
I worked from home when self employed, as does our daughter now and wouldn't have it any other way.
